See counselor for buprenorphine $21 a day or methadone $17 a day.  Counselors (3) on staff.  1:1 sessions 1 per week 30 min sessions.  Mental health is referred out.  Work with other methadone clinics.  Cash or money order only, no Medicaid.

Intake fee methadone $73 and $13 per day.  Buprenorphine $76 intake fee and $16 per day (subutex).  Takes Medicaid (pays 100%).    MTThF  6am intake times

Dosing open at 5:30am   Walk-ins no appointments.  Every client assigned a counselor and meets once a week for first month then eventually monthly.

Mens and womens inpatient facilities available, usually a 4-6 month program.

Methadone maintenance $16 per day.  Intakes M-F early starting 5:30.  Intake is 1.5-2 hours.  Need photo ID.  No opioids 24 hours prior to admission (needs to be in withdrawal).  Daily initially, then earns take home privileges.  Counselor is assigned initially once a week.  No intake charge.  No Medicaid.  Also buprenorphine treatment is available $21 per dose.  Refers out to other facilities for inpatient treatment and detox.
